I have registered but did not receive my credit score

There are five (4) steps to complete in order to register:

Step 1 - Register with your personal details (name, phone, ID, etc.) and accept the terms, conditions and give consent to request your data.

Step 2 - Purchase a report (score only, full report, or a monthly subscription).

Step 3 - Verify your identity. If you fail, you must fax/email proof of identification

Step 4 - View/download your report.

Once you have completed all of the steps above, your credit score or report should be generated within a few minutes. You can view or download it from your Credit Report History page.
