I need to change my email address

If you used an old email address before and now you do not have access to it anymore to reset your password or receive emails, you will have to update your account to the new email address that you do have access to. 
Kindly forward us the following in order to change the account: 
  • Copy/Scan of your ID Document
  • The old email address associated with your account
  • Your new preferred email address. 
Should you not include a clear scanned copy of your identity document we will not process any changes. This is for your own safety and to prevent unauthorised access to your account. 
We will let you know once the change is complete.
